Cheryl Ann Murphy-Parant is the Code Blue Saratoga program director. She’s responsible for the overall program operation including both day-to-day activities and long term resources.

Shelters of Saratoga
Code Blue Saratoga operates as a standalone program of Shelters of Saratoga who provides the legal, financial, and professional guidance to the shelter. Shelters of Saratoga is an IRS registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
The steering committee advises the shelter director and provides broad leadership to Code Blue. Its membership consists of representatives from the city and the community service agencies engaged in helping the homeless.
